The main event. A tasting of the best the Chesapeake has to offer, done up as a farmer’s market. Stands line the promenade with farmers while the region’s most accomplished makers display their skills on stage in 20 minute presentations. The region’s best wines, ciders, and farm beers, poured by their creators, complement the food offerings. Free cool shopping bag to carry your market treasures.

Interactive demonstrations with tasting on the half hour on the Makers Stage in the pavillion.

Pancakes

Saturday // 10am-1pm

To wrap up the weekend we fire up the griddles and turn locally milled flours into a dozen different pancake offerings, all topped with diners’ choice of a vast array of syrups, butters, and fruit toppings, along with bacon and potatoes. Creative takes on Bellinis, Bloody Marys, and local juices vie for guests’ attentions. Chill acoustic sounds add to the festive vibe.
